Shot blasting using Garnet Media
We use Garnet media which is a non-toxic natural mineral to blast & pretreat all architectural & Structural Steel to remove all existing Debris in preparation for powder coating. Garnet is a high-performance blast media that is used for the cleaning of aluminium & steel structures.
Glass Blasting
Glass bead blasting involves tiny glass beads used as abrasive media to strip & clean metal this is a gentle media used to smooth parts causing no damage. Glass beads provide a polish to metal surface. Our glass blasting cabinet is suitable for small components.
Aqua Blasting
We use the Aquablast 915 which is a small wet blasting cabinet suitable for small components. The 915 cleans by a pressurized combination of water & air flow & not impact, producing a soft finish. Aqua blasting is ideal for hard-to-remove sticky materials from surfaces.
