The process

Step 1

We inspect the tyres, weights and values before removing them from the wheel. 

Step 2


Your wheels are chemically stripped, removing old flakes of paint and contaminants.

Step 3

Each wheel is fully checked for signs of corrosion and damage, then we shotblast the wheel taking it back to bare metal then check for any damage or cracks.

Step 4

The de-gassing and pre-heating process takes place to ensure preparation before coating.

Step 5

We apply the powder coating primer, inspect for smooth finish and cure in our oven.

Step 6

Now your wheels can be restored to original finish or you can choose a new style.
